Updated tires, download (right click Save As...) and put to yourRfactordir\gamedata\vehicles\volvo300\rhd\ overwrite any old files.

Unzip this to yourRfactordir\gamedata\locations it will show up in game as JTbo's test track, it is badly made Birmingham oval track, very same where Ali does drive.
