340/360 with quad headlights

Has anyone ever considered or
tried fitting a quad headlight conversion?
eg Jaguar XJ-6, Ford Capri, Opel Manta etc

when i get mine back i was gonna see if i coulnt do something of the sort with the headlights, as i am gonna custom make up some angel eyes for em (like the new BMW's? have) i'd also be interested to hear if anyone has done quad or HID light conversions.

hella did do a grill with driving lights in kind of like the golfs/polos.
i bought 1 last year from e-bay for £10 which included badges/relays etc.
the person who i got it from had some more so if u r interested i could try and find his e-mail or if you want to have a look at them i could mail you some photos...let me know
my brother has a garage full of manta bits,but no twin h/lights,as he sold them all-£50 a set he got for them.

incidently, jag XJ6 lights and surrounds will fit in a 360 with some modification and a little body filler, and also capri lights look as though they might too.

I have in my 340 that Hella light grill...i think its ugly and if anyone is interested then i can maybe be interested by selling mine...

I agree, its one of the less flattering accessories available. Nice idea, but poorly executed

I disagree guys (well, I guess thats obvious cos I've still got mine

) I don't like the 340 grill (the all black 360 is better) but I don't like the big square mesh.

It also improves your main beam no end

The 300 series lights aren't the best - that's a fair point!

I think its a shame they didn't keep the slash and the 'eggcrate' effect (ie: just fit the lights to a standard grille!!)....but it'd be better still if Volvo had offered more variety than just chrome or black surrounds. Other models have a much wider range of options (ie: 940 with at least 3 styles).

Not the standard grille design and without the slash (ugly from my point of view...

Yes, I thought I'd seen something like that before, and I think that looks better than the Hella one. To be honest, I don't think anyone has got the 'perfect' grille yet. I can't help thinking it needs the slash to be a Volvo!

Black mesh with the slash...that might look good.
