Front Bumper Bracket Fitment

URGENT QUERY:
Putting my restored 340 back together.... hit a small snag. The bumper brackets that fit onto the wing screw into 3 plastic threads on each wing. Are these available generally, can they be replaced with something availble off the shelf or is it worth getting them off a scrapper?

When I broke one of mine the dealer told me they are only available complete with the bumber. They are normal right so I suspect getting them off a scrapper is the only option
