Saving door\bootlid seal?

Hey guys, I have got a leak coming through the top of the passenger door and I THINK also around the bootlid. I think it's due to the seals have lost there shape and have sort of moulded thereselves to the shapes of the door and bootlid so it doesn't seal them from water. It's only when it's raining badly or as I found out (lol) going through an automated car wash.

Is there anyway I can save the seals and do anything to regain there original shape or is it time to source new ones?
