b****rds probably just another idea plucked from the air by some government muppet. I always find it funny that as soon as environmental impact is mentioned it is cars that get the blame (not saying that cars don't cause masses of pollution) but why can't they pick on the companies who manufacture billions of items of useless plastic tat every year out of factories in china. Surely those companies (wherever they are based) should be the ones hit hardest before the common person.

There is no any real proofs to back any claims that replacing those older cars will help significiantly to global warming and I hope there is some reason in those muppets so they can see that.
