Ahem... New car in the family, the perfect sister for my -87 red GLT hatchback:

A very nice -88 red GLT saloon!!! It drives sooo nice... It's a swiss model, no rust at all under the car they don't use salt on the roads there... The red painted mirrors ang grill are genuine, was popular in Switzerland!

The car isn't the worst... The worst is that I went to the north of the Netherlands on Saturday, I came back to Belgium with a van full with 10m³ of 300 series stuff with a LOT of options...

I like those all-red Swiss cars too, the "RSX 2" was the style I was going for with my red 360 before the rust put a stop to that

Yes yes yes I came back to Brussels with it, funny to see intrigued people looking to the car when I was overtaking on the third lane (espacially modern Volvo drivers )

It drives soooo good, light power steering but precisely enough, smooth gearbox, good brakes and clutch... One small little rust problem near the windscreen.

It's the PERFECT sister for my '87 GLT hatchback! This one is from 88, B200F of course.

The plan is to use all the option I have twice or triple now: aircon, bodykit, extra gauges, computer, leather... E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G

Sounds like a very good plan. That was definitely one of the best GLTs I'd ever seen, great colour, and in an almost unmarked condition ... But there is one spot that will need doing, the typical V300 "rust spot" on the rear "Querträger", I'm not sure what that is in English ...
