Best stick to 4x100 if you're planning hard driving. Any 4x100 pcd wheels should be fine though.

Wobble bolt man to the rescue

They are fine, mine take more abuse than average cars , i.e sideways action everynow and then, and NEVER have they worked loose, i have no fear of the wobbly boltness, nor should anyone else.

However, Spigot ring boy may have something to say about this

By the way, the "mystery volvo badged cigarrete ashtray" looks like a V300 part, it's for the rear seat passengers and is fitted between the front seats.
