no, hes the lead singer of Style council isn't he ( oh god showing my age again LOL ) the car looks amazing for the money, well done for not letting Hugh win it , that alone would have greatly reduced its life on the road. welcome to the club , I was in Clacton a couple of weeks ago , was the car at a volvo garage in Frinton on sea ?

Well for that, It would've been rather funny for you to drive off in the vario after a few taps on the starter from his place

Let me guess...3 year old French hatchbacks which won't last half as long as the average 300
Of all of Paul WELLE

)

This isnt the first one I have had, it is actually the third.
The first one was a very early one (cant remember the year) but it was bright yellow, and an absolute dog, nothing worked properly on it, so I brought another, this time a nice blue D reg one, this was an absolute dream, 1.7 leccy windows etc, and what happens..........
Some T*&T in a range rover complete with bull bars decided to use the back of it as a brake, (police estimate his speed at between 40-50, Missus was driving at the time and had our 2 kids in it (have 4 kids now) and I can honestly say, although it was a total loss, I am sure it at least saved them from serious injury, if not saved thier lives.
I was even still able to drive it home, although it obviously had no back lights left.

bright yellow must be the 343 era.. something like
the rear protection of a 300 is quite good - my dad was rearended in his old 300 by a car doing 50mph (we were doing 10) - massive impact but the car was still driveable..
