Sorry about the delay, gang. Much busy-ness has got in the way.
Andy (pettaw) has come up trumps with a campsite -

Can we have a super-quick roll-call for camping, please?
Me
Matt N?
Sion?
Andy + family?
I'll also find out how much of the "organising committee" is likely to be there.
cheers

Another question...
For those planning to attend on the Saturday, what time are you likely to arrive, and what would you like to do?
Current suggestions are for two muster times - around midday (possibly a bit later), and 6-7ish. For the early crowd, we'll go and do something...maybe an attraction (the Bluebell railway isn't that far away...other suggestions gratefully received), or a tunnel run to Hindhead for those with loud exhausts...? For the later crowd, we'll find a pub close to our campsite.
Sound like a plan? Sorry it's (very) last-minute, but I figured attendance on Saturday would be low, and those who are likely to show up will be those who are under no illusions regarding my level of organisation...
cheers
James

We've not booked anywhere yet but have found a hotel for a reasonableish price, maybe too late now to book it

, so not sure yet! I'm more concerned about changing the water pump and a cambelt on the green 360 (and a transit thats in bits at the moment). Must sort accomodation out tomorrow so will get back to you on that.

Thanks for the update, guys. Looks like it's down to the crowd from the North-east, plus the "organising committee" for camping.

No worries Matt - I know it's a long way.
We'll be meeting on the main site, so using the entrance off Caenswood Hill.

Cool!
Do you think it'd be a good idea to update the original post in this thread plus the VOC and Facebook ones so that people know not to go to the normal entrance?

I won't be coming to Brooklands, just too many problems at home that need my attention.
I'll use the time to do some easy-going digging for Sion.
