BMW has some nice diffs and boxes... BMW Getrag 262 or 265 (dunno which one is best exactly...) should do the trick... It may be some work, but you don't seem to mind that...

This bloke has done a fantastic job on the engine. (OK, it's in a Manta, but it's still Volvo powered)

M90's supposed to be good for 400bhp, im aining for 500bhp, so we will see, aparently messing with 3rd gear syncro solves the M90's problems, and you can get clutches from sten to take the power. But stens rods are works of volvo performance art! see you all in the 12's lol

have you seen the video's of that car, it sounds insane!!!! 16v turbo and blown engines rule!

Griz, you should head down to some max power / redline /chavtastic "Cruise" I'd love to see thge video of the old man's caravan ornament destroyinng a "blingin pimped out mega awesome rad wicked" (whatever the kool kids are saying this year) Civic or Pug.
