I guess if it was a Mk.2 the bumpers would definitely not be colour-coded (i.e. black/grey), but I don't know if they all would have been on Mk.3 GLTs - the one on the top-right of the forum has colour-coded.

Yep spot on! - actually all Mk3 360s (in the UK) have colour coded bumpers

- recently new clutch, steering rack and timing belt.
- mot till mid april, tax till 30 march.
- slight rust on bottom of drivers side (nothing a little loving can cure) pictures of this will be available once i get a usb cable.
- all wheel arces in superb condition.

This car is going to be sadly missed. So looking for a home where it will be loved. interiour mint.

The wife is looking for £500 on this car ono.

LankyTim, If you want to come take a look, it will have to be either Sat or Sun.

Sounds good, but I have a feeling £500 will be too much for a 300 that has ANY rust. :(

Says he who'll be spending more than that getting rid of the bloody stuff...

econometer and ambient temp gauge and do I see an auxillary gauge panel in the cantre console or are my eyes deceiving me ?

please dont think I am being rude but,I agree with Steve £500 is rather a lot for any 300 these days, you may get more interest if you put it through an mot and sell it with a years mot or at least a fail certificate so any prospective buyer would know what they are taking on.

this is one example you are up against from autotrader

I've already seen a couple of MK2 models with the newer VDO dashes. Didn't UK MK2 GLT cars have the Smiths gauges?

Posted: 03 Mar 2006 01:23 pm
by Chris_C
Yeah, but they changed over the dashs just before they changed the bodies. There are quite a few Mk2's over here with VDO dashs

360 GLT rare now going for £300 or higher

I'd still like a GLT for my track machine and this might fit the bill (still gutted I missed out on the one that came up for sale in Devon last week). Sent you a PM forester.

LankyTim - would you still be happy to go and take a look?
