Can that be turbo'd or 'blown'?

Indeed, it's the Nissan LD20T engine, I know it was used in the Nissan Bluebird 2.0 Turbo Diesels and possibly the Vannettes and in some other vehicles. If I had the time I'd probably continue this project, but I just have so many other things to do, and looking after the 360 GLT is hard enough as it is, without other projects! Anyway, some pics for those interested.
Steve is right, the 400 1.9 TD would be a pretty nice engine in a 300.
Sorry for the thread jack Dai, good work on the manifold. Go on, depress us.........with better fuel consumption on gas, what is it costing you per mile?

Back to the manifold There is a noticable difference on the 2ltr engine. What I have noticed on the 2ltr is the manifold gasget slightly blocks the gas flow BAD - I've cut it back a little aswell to help flow. The exhaust seems to be holding out so far.
The vachume pipe is not as close to the exhaust as it looks but a few inches above.
The manifold schakal has looks the same and should work. Dont bother with the inlet manfold as it will not fit under the bonnet.
On the subject of fuel its about 5-7pence per mile - normal local running round is at 6.5p a mile. I have also thought about using diesel but I would go for the pug 1,9 td very good unit. If you can get bio diesel then that would be cheap.
