Yeah, I know :( My first priority is to write for FOTV3, but I don't even get time to do that as much as I should. That reminds me, must ring George...

My frustration is that I know Ted must be a goldmine of useful information, having restored that GLS to such lovely condition...but he seems to write the most boring stuff in his register keeper's articles!

cheers

Yeah, I'll agree about the register keepers bits... does make you wonder. Maybe we should do a how to fit new engine and ICE to a 300 article for them ;)

Thing is, I still havn't got over how keen Dave Ovden (sp) was to talk to me and Kate at the BKV last year, he knew Kar when he saw it, enough to know my name, and come looking for me. That I thought did show something, so I am going to try and get my backside in gear.

I know what you mean about writing for FOTV3 too thought, seems Richard Dodd does most of the writing for that, would be a shame to see a useful magazine go due to lack of articles.

Ah, that gives other people a chance of winning the 300 class. The 340 Shimon had at Donington was sooooo nice, but 66s have their own class...

Does it cost anything to enter a car in the BKV? I wouldn't stand a chance of a place on the podium, but it would give me an idea of what needs doing for next year :D

Thank you Mick, most kind.

Anyway, there's only one sticker. The two at the front are magnetic and spend most of their time on the fridge

Hopefully the snowcap will make up for the moose in the window

I'm going to try to be at both, although the car is one hell of a mess at present. Dodgy ('professional') paint repairs in the past have degraded a fair bit over the last year, and the rot has started to appear in a few new places. I'll get on top of it again, but it won't be happening in the next fortnight.

Note the 'pre BKV BBQ thread'.

cheers
