Bodwork is the one to look for on a 300, anything else if often easily sorted, mechanical it's probably not difficult or costly, interior, nice and simple if it's seats and door cards! Bodywork can get costly. Rust is the enemy! If you're not in a rush it's always good to wait for the right one that your're completely happy with!
