My central locking doesn't seem to work either.. and I forgot about the auction on that website.. S#@T only 80p.. it'll cost me a fiver in fuel to get to the scrappy!

Electric mirrors are rare and very nice indeed! Got them on my GLT! Sounds interesting Hugh, shame about Grace, but at least your sticking with the 300's!

I don't know, I didn't think they were ever standard, which is why I thought they were rare.. mines '88 and doesn't have them fitted, not even a trace as the centre console panel has the blanking plates.
James, electric mirrors don't appear to be standard on the GLT's at any stage! As Steve has an '88 without, my own '89 has electric mirrors as does another F reg saloon I have, but another F hatchback GLT doesn't! Then neither of the '86 models I have had electric mirrors or an E reg! It's odd as on the back of the brochures or data sheets it doesn't mention electric mirrors, only windows or if you actually had two mirrors fitted! I remember both an F reg hatchback and a G reg saloon (one of the last 360 GLT's made, surely?) that my parents owned both had electric mirrors. It's a bit odd really, possibly just depended on the dealer maybe or other extras you had? Pete
James, I stand corrected! Standard as of 1989 on GLT models only, which explains why the two F reg versions had them and the F hatchback without must be an 1988 on an F! Just consulted a brochure or two to check the fact! Pete
