I'd like to get a cam which can take decent night shots too.. I've tried to take some with the pocket cam but those always end up grainy.
That night shot of Chris' is amazing.
Jtbo what cam did you had btw? Great colors in those pics.
I have Nikon D40 with 55mm objective that is with it in basic kit, bought mine from netanttila.com
I just push button when I see something interesting, but at times I tend to try manual settings and bit of planning then often my pics came out funny way.
Tripod helps a lot, I did pay 9 euros from mine and for still shots it is rather ok, that gives extra sharpness to images
Hatch that pic is really cool, where abouts did you take it, i reminds of that big piece of highway in japan everyone goes on about, i really need to pull my finger out and take some snaps lol.
again i didnt take that pic or have anything to do with it, I didnt even know what a volvo 360 was backi in 2004. But its good to know someone used a 300 in an artistic sense.
you know that really long stretch of highway where all the street racers go an massive cruises, it inspired that guy to make gran-turismo, ill have a look and try to get the name, i think its the wangan highway im not sure, look up on youtube there are prob some vids. i saw it on a skyline dvd i have, looks freaking awesome lol.
Very nice shots d3k4y0, some have been enhanced by Photosop I believe?
I thought that this shot could been possible canditate to photo competition, but it is not 300 and probably not so great as taken with Ixus75 that seem to have dust in lens.

I played with the Paris Metro one (just a vignette which i used to control the saturation), but the the second is "as shot" and the bottom one is straight off the CD from the developers.

Very nice
I think that one that has been altered could be even better, even it is really incredible shot already. Other musician's instrument is now grayscale and it disturbs situation a bit, imo. What do you think?
