Hold up here a minute.
Not two weeks ago you were going to buy a series LR now you are dissing their shocks.

Care to enlighten me.

Well I went to look at a volvo 360 today, but its a 2.0 injection, how difficult is it to swap my engine and stuff into it? The guy selling it seemed to think it wasn't that straight forward? I've been having a closer look today and I don't think its sensibly repairable

You know exactly what I mean... bloody northeners
I'd love to see how much more snappy a 300 is without rear shocks though, well, with the shocks locked out.

You wouldn't be able to swap that engine into a 360 easily at all, you'd have to change the whole drivetrain to get it to work and possibly even the petrol tank. Wouldnt be worth it, better off holding out for a 340.

Get a cheap 340 1.4...Preferably with a 4/5spd...But even an automatic is really easy to swap.
If you have it all ready like u have..its about a day of work...

Google says 160 miles. That's well easy, just get the train and drive it back.
Failing that sell yours to me cheap and I'll trailer it home, a journey of 572 miles.

im in need of a drivers side rear light cluster though. and maybe and front pass side wing?
