i was hoping to get a 360 for the power and speed but i dont think they come in a three door version (im sad ), just want something that looks more of a sporty coupe, never been attracted to 5 door cars apart from the sierra but still then i preffered the rs500 models for the 3 door image it gave.
if it comes down to me getting tempted for a 5 door 360 so be it, just want a 300 with a bit more of a kick behind it
Hmm.. I hate reading about carb 360s.. I'd love that kind of economy for longer journeys! I got 35mpg out of my GLT (driving like a nun) on a motorway trip, but that really was being quite silly.. you couldn't drive like it if it was at a busier time!
The 360 definitely comes in 3 door variant, rather good choice too as the rear doors often rust along the window ledge. However, they are much rarer than the 5 door hatch and you may struggle to find one near you. Where are you located? Theres a few nice sounding 360s for sale at the moment!
EDIT: Ahh Cambridgeshire.. theres a nice sounding one in Bucks (as always).. might be too far you though.
im in st ives near huntingdon , not many 300's are about, more in cambridge than anything else but all owned by elderly couples of who wouldnt want to sell it to a chap like me.

if its within 50 miles my brother will go out to collect it, i hope these cars are not going to mysteriously become rare and expensive like the toyota corolla coupe gt , 3000 pounds is not what i'd want to pay since im only just learning to drive .
300 quid should get you a pretty damn good example, but theres alot popping up recently described as being "immaculate or showroom condition" for £500-£800.
You could have had a 360 GLT 3dr for free a week ago...it was crushed because no-one wanted it. £6-800 is waaay over the odds - you can buy a 360 as nice as they come for £500.
John360 bought a nice looking 3 door D reg example with 50ish thousand miles recently, silver with part leather interior (made by a firm when the car was nearly new) for around the £250 mark if I recall correctly. Hope you don't mind me mentioning this John, just giving someone an insight as to how much they can be bought for
I was in the car in question at the time so can vouch for this.
It made just over 100mph with more to spare, but we ran out of 'test track'..............

And I was the third person I think Tom needs to get a rev counter so he can tell when he's pushing it (or not, as the case may be). Can you sense a theme is developing here...
