Stop it! This actually looks like a good car to take. Apart from the whole no MOT risk.

Hi all.
£200 is not much for a car like that, but might need a little work.

If you're thinking with the sensible head.. £200 is tops money for a rusty 360 with no MOT in the UK really...

It' doesn't look mint but not bad for a 28 year old car thats probably been used as an every day car and served it's owner(s) well. I'm sure there will may some rust issues underneath, as always, but looks like a nice project for somebody! Someone save it quick :D

Q: Can I come view the car this week
A: I'm away until Friday

(the auction ends then)

Phail, however I found this upon my travels through the world of wide web:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

If it ends under £1000, it's mine.

Why make life difficult for yourself when selling a car!?! Tart

That 123 does look pretty cool though ;) Estate will be better for your drive too I'd have thought but useless when you find the fun lanes

A W123 diesel estate for under 1k? Even the rough ones here go for much, much more ... Good luck with it, one of the most bullet-proof cars ever built ...

Forget the W123 unless its a 230 petrol or (prefferably) the 280.

70bhp and a 4spd box is not going to make that fun to drive. We all slag off 340 1.4's for being slow, but they're positively rocketships compared to 240TD's. They'll also do about the same to the gallon as the Merc too! I admit they haven't got the 'hewn from granite' feel of the W123, nor are they quite as practical, but for the love of Christ don't buy an old Merc diesel if you like driving.
