Was great fun out on the track, i think next year ill improve my times by not slowing down as much for the last bit. Cant wait for next year to see how much i can improve

Just gotta crack on with finding and fixing a vacuum leak which has arose from the thrashing on the track.

Yeah...sorry to Jeff, Andy and Chris for not calling any of you back. My phone went flat...so I couldn't even get your numbers off it, and call you from Ryan's phone. Most annoying, as I reckon Jeff would have beaten the AA by a mile

Lol, Jeff phoned me.... and my phone also went flat I was only 20mins from home so rang Jeff, then Grandad to get Ryans no, and he said that you were already waiting on the AA, so I rang Jeff back to let him know what was going on

Finally bought a car charging device for my phone yesterday (well, a lead to go on the bench supply at least)

so the big question was what would we do without mobile phones.

as some people found out...

Right, the videos have made it from the camcorder onto my computer I've got footage of everybody doing at least one lap and for everybody apart from Speedy88 I've got footage of more. I'm gonna choose what I think was your best/fastest lap and put that up together with a few other vehicles. If you want to see your other laps let me know. Vids should be ready by the end of the long weekend.

Id love to see my other laps Andy if its possible.

Good work Andy... must say the 16v's are going very well. Good driving John, looks like the suspension is working well too - what setup have you got on there? Spax rears?

Cheers Steve, it's just spax rear dampers and motor oil fronts, cut coils and lowering blocks. It works better than I expected, though the fronts are still a little bouncy.

Great vid as ever Andy! John, I didn't see your lap on the day (was cameraing rather than watching) but that was tidy, nice one mate, the car looked really nicely settled.
