Just out of interest, what kind of figures are we talking about when buying such a drivetrain. I know that wrecked C5s aren't cheap yet, so I guess parts aren't either.

2000GBP got me everything to the UK but cost me a further 600GBP in import and UK VAT.
Although the rear suspension was a bonus and is worth approximately 1000GBP.

Been collecting parts again. Flywheel is on order and i have been adding to my turbo collection. Bought this Garrett T04 .60AR. Should do the trick. Bought an external wastegate and 1litre fuel swirl pot too.

The T4 should be a nice size for the T5 lump...perhaps a shade large on the hotside, depending on your power goals. Jesus those exhaust manifolds are nasty, though, Even the much nicer S60R/V70R one is hideous, really.

Yeh its a tad large on the hot side its a .90, i may switch it out but its a recon turbo and a steal at what i paid for it. Just out of interest are the turbos Ryan has been running water cooled? As being a T04 Designation this is just a Oil cooled.
And manifold wise i have something in the pipeline!!!

Nah, just oil. Not been an issue for us. Just don't shut it off straight after a thrash. To be fair, I think the quality of the oil is more important than whether or not it's water cooled.

Exactly right GT4594 although messing around yesterday that cold side fits on my T4!!!!
