TBH after seeing how much pog is already in it, it's really not devalued it. I'm going to be realistic here and use it as a daily and drift it at the weekends until it breaks. Then I'll fix it because I do enjoy driving it. I think it's wrong of me to get so attached to a vehicle when I use it as hard as I do. That's not to say I wouldn't be gutted if I crashed it again or it caught fire but I can't be getting overly emotional when I KNOW what the risks are.

My future plans are a turbo motor swap and a change of appearance (you'll see ). Some would ask why would I do a swap into a bent shell? Well, why not? I like the car and it doesn't have any rust. It cost me nothing and it has a nice solid drivetrain to it. If I bend it again, I'll be doing something I love doing - I'd rather ruin a crashed shell than a nice straight one. Not that I intend to

A friend asked me why I was using scratch remover on it the other weekend. I want it to look good, but I want to use it well too. I think raising the profile of 300s in drifting will be fun, looking forward to taking it to a track in the new season.

You know how I use Fake. A good number of people on here know how I feel about the car. I spent my life in a job where I have to be consistently logical, it bends my mind most of the time.

Good effort on the work done to get her straight again. FWIW, have you looked in to why that last degree is there? You've made the tools (slide hammers are awesome, yours looks pretty sexy) and done the work to get it this far, is it really that much work to do the rest? Don't forget that worn top mounts or bushes could easily loose you a degree.

Yes, basically the front chassis legs as well as the subframe are bent over the the left. But the amount of negative camber on the other side is only a tiny bit more, almost unnoticable. The subframe has bent a little bit in the middle too so it will be a little bit shorter.

What I'm going to do is put a new subframe in, position it where it should be and re-drill the chassis holes and bolt it in where it should be, spacing any vertical differences with washers to get the subframe lined up where it should be.

I think I'll do this when I do my engine swap - whenever that may be.
