Wicked, my favourite shot is second from top. The one with full lock is pretty sweet though!

No shame in using the RWD for what is built for! :D

Great photos.

Just what a properly build 300 will excel at too, if you have roads like that then save some pennies and get Dai's adjustable's and poly bushes on! It'll transform the car.

well as ive just sold my corsa, and landed a job next year i am alittle open to such improvements, what are people thoughts? I was thinking of making coilovers, and lowering it another inch with gas struts, that was the plan for the front atleast

Cheers nimmz

Do you escort lowering blocks fit 300s? I presume for the rear, if buy 2" lowering blocks my car will be lowered 2", unlike the front?

Great news lad!

I'd recommend Dai's shocks any day, got the front ones on mine, saving for the rears. Improved the road holding 10 fold, and can go quite soft too. (soft for road, hard for track) Piece of cake to adjusttoo, just twist a dial at the top

As for the blocks, I'd go for dai's units again, as theyre the same price as escort ones, and it'll save you buying bolts to fit the 300 (escort ones come with U-bolts, so you need to source some others) The rear will be -2inches, to do the same to th fronts, you will need -2inch lowering springs. Again, Dai. They really are good for how little they cost. Ive got 190lb springs on mine, -3inches. fine for bristols potted roads, but still stiff!

My plan was to make up coilovers, so i can lower it when i need to but start out with some springs a inch shorter than mine (free length) I was going to start with gas struts as im not to sure i can afford dais shocks. adam recommented 350lb for the front, seems alot higher than what your running :/

Going to a rally spares place next weekend hopefully, they should hopefully sort me out with the coil over converson kit

New strut legs are at the shot blaster now to clean them up
