Well at this stage we will be leaving at 9ish hoping to get there for 11 - 11.30, but I am going to keep an eye on the weather as the road from Ludlow is a swine let alone in the snow so if it looks bad I wont be attempting it - not overly confident in the snow as it reminds me of the one and only prang I've ever had!

Just a quick question, does anyone actually know for certain if the cars will still be on the circuit if its raining? I'd pressume so as the 4wd cars aren't going to have many problems but just read this:
Q: What happens if I turn up for a day and it is cancelled due to the weather?
A: You will receive a credit or can book onto another day.
Hoping this just applies to extreme weather conditions?

Well 15 hours to go and I'm still making up templates and vinyls, I can't tell you how bored and cold I am, I still need to finish tinting the rear windows!!

Mick, I've been meaning to post that I'll meet ya on the M1 for a mini convoy if you like! Due to my usual prepared nature, I have no idea where it is, I've passed the signs before, but cannot remember where abouts it is situated in the country! So, I'll have a quick look, but if you're heading up the M1, that should be fine for me too.
I've just got in, freezing cold, fed up and had enough! At least I have a working stereo, mStation and sub now, I wasn't even going to set off without a stereo. Didn't get anything else done, not even a quick wash for the poor car, too many other things to do, like work!

Sorry guys, but I've been checking the forecast all day which seems dodgy for 'us' Northerns from 9am Sunday, so after much deliberating I'm going to give it a miss !
Hope you all have a good time & hopefully the Midlands won't suffer too much with the 'white stuff' !

Well people, it was looking seriously unlikely that I'd be attending the meet on Sunday at about 9:45 pm on Saturday night. I had an intermittent electrical fault with the GLT ten miles from home, in the dark. See here........http://www.volvo300mania.com/forum-uk/v ... 7129#37129
But after waiting 2 hours 10 minutes for the RAC, I'd managed to solve the problem myself and cancelled the call out where ever they may have been.
So, I will be there later today! Safe trips to all, hope the cold and snow doesn't make the day too miserable and result in the racing being cancelled.
