Hiya,

Someone trying to make a fast buck.

I actually feel sorry for the elderly couple who had it offered by the friend? on Ebay

£1200.00 !!!

You know something, he will probably get it.

It does look like a very nice car.

Just sent Matt a pm via Ebay with the link about the car being offered for £1200.00 !!! :o

That will please him, no doubt ...

But if he was happy to take £600, then why not indeed ...

Funnily enough on behalf of a member on here, I am going to view what looks like an even nicer and younger 340 GLE 1.7 Hatchback this afternoon.

The owner wants £1500.00 for it !!!

I hope this person buys it as it looks a stunner.

We shall see

By the way guys and girls - What's the difference between a 360 GLE and a 340 GLE with the same 1.7 engine under the hood :?:

Hang on, it's not a 1.7 in the 360 GLE but a 2 litre ... Duh sm14 just checked on the DVLA website !!!!

From Wikipedia - now that would have been a great 300 series if it had ever made production ... 340pw

Another model of note was the 363CS. Possibly named after 'Clubsport', to indicate a high-performance version, the 363 CS was based on the three-door bodyshell, and fitted with the 2.7 V6 PRV engine, as used in the Volvo 260 series. Again only a prototype, a small number were built and were painted in metallic silver with black and orange 'Starsky and Hutch' - style stripes down both sides. Flared wheelarches and orange-painted, multi-spoke alloy wheels were also included to create a sporty look.

Hiya Mark,

It sure would have been.

My 1981 Alpine Renault A310 V6 had the same engine that was used in the Volvo/Peugeot & Renault of that era.

  That's an idea re fees

Hi Jen,

That's right.

I was beaten to it at the £600 price ( on behalf of a member on here) by ( I assume ) a trader down in Porstmouth.

The trip to Bradford on Avon was awesome though as I had already pre-booked my train ticket.

Take care

Paula

Morning Guys & Girls,

Upon reflection, I don't think that this trader will sell the car at £1200.00 now.

Too much when you see others for far less.

Buyers always factor in that money needs to be spent on virtually every secondhand car.
