can you see anywhere to plug the hose into? try blocking the end of it. sounds like the timing is out, which could happen at high throttle if the vacume hose is missing/damaged

I have been searching place where I could put that hose, but I have not found :(

I try to block that tomorrow. It has been falled out few times, as other end is very exploded and it was otherway before I reversed it :)

Tomorrow busy day, car needs new wax, white dials and that hose fix, plenty of time to look other things for it too :)

jtbo wrote:Engine is B200K later version, not sure about that. Carb is newer solex, is that z11 or something.
Carb is Solex 34-34 CISAC Z11

It could be possible to find a good plan of the carb!

look on the top of the crankcase, and the other side of the carb, for somewhere to put that hose.

Ooh, thx :) :)

Now I see that hose is attached to part number 4 and hoses other part is loose.

Now I cleaned and greased that part number 4 temperature compensator. It is somekind of valve that closes when I push accelerator, but opens at idle position. It sucks air very little when at idle.
Hose is attached to it but there is nothing where to plug it in range of that hose.
However there is one copper colored plug in other side of engine, maybe 15cm from flywheel and 25-30cm from where exhaust manifold mounts. There is nothing plugged and I don't know what it is, at least it does not leak anything from there, it is good right?

Because that hose has been lose and there is vacuum in that number 4 part, it has sucked sand and dust into carb, also there is sand like stuff at top of carb on that top lid where is holes where fuel and air is mixed, sorry lost word... Anyway stuff inthere is black and like oil with sand in it.

Engine does not burn oil yet, but is it possible that my engine is soon history because of these events?

Second one is carb, missing hose, anyone with b200k that can confirm that there should be hose that is connected to somewhere?

What I have learned from finnish forum, that copper colour part is used to take coolant out from engine and there should be hose from carb to nowhere. I might look some filter for that hose so no sand will come into carb anymore. Also there should not be vacuum, that thing needs to be looked little closer too.

Someone with a B200K could say if it's normal or not what we see... James? Mark? :P
