I tried to get one made up earlier, a friend works at broadlane caravans 30seconds down the road from me but said his boss won't let him they have to put broadlane caravans on it and nothing else for some legal reasons :( would have only cost me £3 per plate with his discount!

Hey! Good work. Hmm, Volvo Owners Club or V3M plates? Decisions, decisions...

P.S. Only joking. Of course it's the V3M plates for Rory:

The VOC plates can go on the 940 turbo my mate said I can have when he's finished with it sm56

Shall we try for some number plate consistency? Will it be www.Volvo300Mania.com (as per Dave's suggestion) or www.volvo300mania.com, or something else?

With a nice red border (Redline - ha ha) the cost is up to £30, but that still doesn't seem too bad.

I see that gtgrafix will add your own artwork as a badge and/or 'ghosting'. Not my style, and they don't give a price.

I toyed with the idea of an image at the side like that, but I decided against it, I don't like the thought of the border not going all the way round... looks a bit dodgy...

That's almost the twin of my proposed plate. I'm not sure we need to go crazy with the same options, but continuity on the lettering would be good.

I'll be going for www.volvo300mania.com...and a 'dark blue' border and logo backing - as with the original euro plates. I've made an enquiry about the old style font too.
