Yeah that is indeed a bargain, do you all think we'd be able to get something together? I'd definitely be interested, it is a fairly tight track from what I remember so shouldn't get too frustrated at 300 lack of power

Yeah exactly Steve, basically the track is perfect for a 300, its not open enough that you'd be flat out everywhere but yet its still got some fairly high speed bits. If you watch the videos on youtube you'll see how tight it looks, but its not actually as tight as it looks when you get there in real life, I was drifting most of the track so its wide enough for that. Its also got proper race curbs, etc so it is a decent proper little track.
For anyone watching the videos you don't get to use the whole sprint track, just the loop bit
I believe its extra to hire the start line section, and to be honest not really needed
The track is a LOT better than that image suggests lol
Trouble is i'd guess it needs to be on a work day, so need to co-ordinate when everyone can get there. You can count me in if you guys want to go anyway but i'd have to be in the Nissan

Ok, having watched vids and seen Ali's image, super keen. So, whats best to work out a date? Guess we need to know who is keen first.

Interesting stuff for sure, I'll have to check out the vids when I get some time! I'd love to have a go, not sure what in, but count me in, date permitting, weekdays aren't a problem!

Just have a go in whatever you've got! The great thing is there no other people there, they don't marshall it, etc. We need to do that amongst ourselves. Its just a chance to test a car to the limits and have a bit of fun, really doesn't matter what your in!
I've e-mailed them so just waiting for a reply now

May I suggest that looking for tracks suited to a Radical is a nadgers different to tracks suitable for a 300?
Believe me, the track is anything but boring in a 300, unless you find the long fast (especially in a 1.4 340) straights less boring than the corners. Stock 300's don't have speed, but they do do corners, so small twisty works well for it. Try a track day with a stock 300 (or, even, try Jani and MJ's rFactor mod) on a "big" circuit, Thruxton or Silverstone say, it's a bit like driving round the M25
