An off-topic forum is very much required...although sadly only Aymat aka the admin has the power to make this happen.

agreed ..for now I suggest we just use the general discussion forum with a clear subject heading and people will have to remember that if they dont want to read the thread they dont have to rather than just criticize what others say

so guys... when is the meet going to be?
two potential C30 guys are interested if you want the to be invited. the 480 club also has a number of members local to the meet so maybe invite them too
PLUS a potential North west chaper of the VOC is looking for a first meet too.
combine all these together?

Doesn't sound like a bad idea to me, we should get the TB guys involved as well if we're inviting people, keep the RWD quota up!
I'm going to try my hardest to make this, it almost classes as "up north!"

Well if we can all decide on a date/location then I wouldn't mind a joint meet but it could be quite difficult to organise....
As it is we have the peak district as a desired location so far... I would suggest the 9th or 16th December initially...

Good idea, poll added.... I've only put the 9th and 16th in though, as these were the dates that most people were looking for it seemed...
