Everything not marked [SOLD] is still for sale :-) Remember, the mirrors are from a RHD car though.

Tom
so the mirrors won't fit on a LHD car?

They will fit, but the angles to which they adjust are different, due to the fact that you're sitting on the other side of the car. It can be done (by Tero Huikko I believe, try searching in his posts) but you will have to make some modifications to the part which holds the motor in place.

It will fit but you'll have to change the glass of them cause the one with the reduced view will be on the wrong side here in Europe :?

Are you sure? I thought it was the same, but just a question of different glass

i've just tryed it, and the angel is indeed different.. If I take place on the 'wrong' side in the car, than I can get one mirror right, but the other one won't get far enought..

because you're from Germany, I assumed they were for a LHD car.

Exactly, that's how I tested it too. Sit in the "wrong" seat and try and adjust the mirrors, they won't adjust enough (at least, the electric ones don't).

As to the glass, I can't remember which year it was, but IIRC only the late models got convex glass on the passenger side. So on early electric mirrors, the glass should be the same for both LHD and RHD cars.

I bought the kit in England at the time, as the glass and the motor of my RH mirror were smashed. But I found a LHD set before I got around to swapping the bits over, so now I don't really need them anymore ...

Tom, do these only fit V300 rims?
I have 15 of these laying around... I thought they were for the V400 pollux rim...?
But they are not the same?

Mark

Hi Mark,

I think they're different in diameter compared to the Pollux trims:

The ones I had were in the bottom RH pic.
