Fraid not, tbh I'd be digging into my travelling fund about £100 for this. Which I wouldn't mind doing if it was like 5 cars with lots of different types of engine swap but as it's just a couple of valvers and a 360 the event seems to hold less value. If we're gonna show off our cars, it's gotta be a real wow factor stand. The original 5 would have been amazing! I feel like a lamearse for not doing it now but I'm hoping that we can do another car show over the summer instead. Perhaps a weekend that I haven't been asked to do a million other things.

Well it's a bit lame collectively...but I bailed first, so it's mainly aimed at myself!

Hopefully some more people who are available and have cars can appear out of thin air!

I've had a quick ring around today, and as far as I can tell no-one is bringing a 300. I guess you could say that means the stand is off...! Sorry about this, Kate.

I'm not sure anyone (except possibly Andy) is turning up in person either. I'll try to call Andy tomorrow to warn him that he might be flying solo. I'm being swayed by a combination of the weather and having to have a sudden hurry up with my "scrappage scheme" (5 cars in a month are having to go).

Next year...we must sort our damn selves out...starting with me....
