Looking good, I was going to ask the same about the writing on the rear pillar! Must have been a special edition of some sort with the decals. Wouldn't want to match those for a replacement panel! Happy motoring.

Ah yes, I think I remember the one Hugh, and it was in an open fronted garage, or inside, and somewhere rather out lying in the UK, making collection a bit of a PITA. It was a shame about the rust, can you remember if it sold or not?

This is my new Volvo 340 DL, vario, 1986 with only 67.000 km and no rust. This car has always been parkt in a garage. I will try to keep it this way and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. My old car also a Volvo 340 has gone to the scrapper, to much rust and looked terrible. I have found a blue-line interior and will place it into this car soon and will make it look even better. I love the vario cars. It drives so fine and easy. And it is funny to see, at a traffic light , that you can out accelerate many more powerful cars with this kind of automatic transmission.
