Well Gem can you think of any car parks etc that can accomodate us lot and then somewhere to feed us all? I'm thinking either the Salway to eat and park at or park at Smithfield and walk into town?
Could go to Moors maybe aswell but no way can we all park ther!! Maybe 3-4 cars maybe 5 at a push!!! (Moores is my local scrappy by the way!!! And they have like 6 300's there!!)

All good suggestions, if it was a sunday then sommerfields overflow car park is always pretty empty, but the smithfield isn't excactly miles out of town either! The Bull is always good for a gathering - lots of room to sit down during the day.

Right, well after a request to sort out dates.. if we were thinking of doing this before Christmas what would people think about say 11th December? After a quick scan through the last few posts it should suit. Anytime before then is getting on for a bit short of notice! What do people reckon?

Well I've got 4 uni projects to be done by the 16th, so I'll be a bit rushed then. I'd prefer a Januarry date, but if everyone else prefers December I'd better get on with the work and try and finish early, or perhaps we could put it back to the 17/18th...

Well, back to work for me now

I'm afraid the weekend of the 10th/11th is out for me due to various Christmas parties. As previously stated the weekend of the 17th is out too due to working away (I'm stuck out at Crewe for a week!) so it really has to be early December or January.

This is, of course, assuming you lot want me to attend............

Ahh, just looked up this Ludlow place seems to be left of Birmingham a tad, so can't be far from the Nationals this year. Might be able to make it, I did there and back in a day

Well in that case I reckon it'd be a good call to postpone this til a later date, maybe mid January sometime? Any one want a go at throwing a date into the equasion? I don't seem very good at it

Ohh, lets see, how about Jan 20/21?

Not sure when I'll be back up for the new term, but I think that the 17/18 will be the first weekend.
