Ha ha, just read that, made me laugh out loud!
If it becomes a regular thing I think we should rename it "Volvohampton Volvo meet"
The truck stop is tucked away and if your'e not looking for it you wouldnt know its there , but saying that its very easy to find. There are road signs from the M54, and probably from the other side with a picture of a lorry and a P for parking.

Ad I think i'll go Shrewsbury, A5 to Telford then join the M54 stright down, although your route may be better - have to check it out. Btw did I spy your car at a 'secret location' today?!

Well, for our part of the meet on Sunday we'll actually be taking part in a classic car 'Drive It Day!" I was unaware of this until I started reading the Classic Weekly briefly this evening, so our date change may have worked well. Although many people still refuse to believe the Volvo 300 is or ever will be a classic, it is at least a future classic and we should all club together anyway. So, expect to see a few classics and older cars about on Sunday if their new idea takes off, we'll be adding a few Volvo's to the road.

Good day, nice to see a variety of cars. Here are some pics, though I reckon Mike's (suterman from t'bricks) will be far more entertaining

glad you all had a good time and hope you all got back safely ,
sorry I couldent be there but the kids were involved in a St Georges day parade (cubs and scouts not BNP ) and I think these are quite important as I am sure the government will soon ban them for not being
" politically correct "
also had a party in North London to go to in the evening which was quite important as the guy it was for has terminal cancer .
It is good to go down to London now and again as it reminds me of what a great decision it was to move to Milton Keynes in the first place
decent roads , fresh air , open space , lakes that sort of thing
unfortunately Harrow (where I grew up ) is turning from quite a decent area into a ghetto .
the wife always used to say going back was like going home ,
this time she just said which way to the M1 ? I want to get out of here while we still have wheels on the van.
How times have changed !!!!!
