i thought dai sold spax? Id want something alittle firmer than the current i think

Make sure they're 360 struts, not 340 ones ... 360 struts have the added bracket for the "stabilisers" or "link rods" or whatever they're called:

I heard it was just the glts? but i suppose i still have different ones to 340s

both my struts have that bracket i think, but in different directions of 90 degrees. The important thing is that one is longer than the other

All 360s have that bracket, all GLTs had shorter springs ;-) Some late 340s may have been equipped with 360-style struts (with bracket) but I wouldn't count on it.

GLT's had bigger struts aswell

Well the insert, not the actual strut so all you need is the insert I think

ye, i definetly need a bigger strut. Im sorry to be thick but what do you mean by the strut insert?

The "shock insert"(absorber) goes inside the fixed "strut", then the "spring" is inserted over both into the top mount.

Actually, Mebeez. The "strut insert" is like the "front shock" that "inserts" inside the front strut housing (front strut).
