Awesome work mate - I'm sure it'll stop as good as it all looks!

Right update time, the brakes are nearly bedded in now and i am getting a good feel of the pedal now.
When i first set it all up and took it out the brakes were spongy but it would still lock up a front wheel at low speed!!
In total the brakes have been bled 5 times!!
At speed the brakes dont need to be used past half pedal otherwise the braking is to heavy, it slows down very rapidly and at low speeds like 5mph, on tarmac it WILL lock both fronts if you jab the pedal!!
They will need minor adjustment and i want the handbrake to lock up, but i will need more of the pad surface worn on the back before i can adjust them up.
I feel its a very acomplished setup and am very pleased with the results!! I definatley recommend something for those of you going to stupid power!!

As for the suspension thats pretty gud too now, i chucked it round a tight bend on the way back from work and she was nearly totally level, just turned straight in!!

Do you have some brake distances to compare?

But the best in your brakes is that they will not become hot as quickly as the standard ones...

Wow, very very very trick. That is something I'd love to do to my car! Can I have a go and see if I can get them to fade?

What i mean is even if i did just make you the brackets thats not all you would need, the hubs have to be machined and thread inserts put into the strut!!!

need gen

adaptor plates look simple enough if youd be prepared to shre the dimensions. Whats the story with the spacers between the adaptor plates and the caliper? Just smooth bore thickwall tube effectively? The inserts you refer to, are these in the original mounting bosses?

Many thanks.
