Black Plastic piece that holds indicator stalks

Can anyone tell me how to remove this from the steering column. This is broken and hence indicators stalk dangles down.

you have to remove the steering wheel
at the bottom there is a 2piece plastic locking clampish thing; to remove this you first have to pull out the inner bit, with that removed you can get the other bit out and pull the thing off the steering collumn
