Anything 13" - 15" should be ok. I had 15x7s on with a 2 inch drop and there was still loads of room.
4x100 and dont worry about the c.b. dude. Everythings good.

bare in mind a 3inch drop on a 360 will probablyhave the exhaust fouling the drive shaft at the back. Look underneath and it should be obvious. Many folk go side exit in front of the rear wheel to get around it.
