Years of production for 1.4 CVT

Just wondered if anyone knows what year they stopped production of the 1.4 CVT as most parts cataloges only list them up to 1988, but mine was registered in 1989. Maybe mine was sitting around for a while before being registered.
Would 88 parts be the same for the 89? (i.e. cvt clutch) I've seen them listed as 180mm diameter.

I found a 1.4CVT on a late H plate in the scrappy a good few years ago (6-7) that was Kar's twin apart from the gearbox. She was certainly a 91 from the VIN. Still not sure why I didn't take every panel from it

cvt clutches are all the same, the last 300 models produced still were available as a CVT
