i have a b200E engine and i want to change the original camshaft .
can anyone tell me witch is the best cam for changing it ?
and if anyone has some please tell me the price

i have talked to someone to send me a K cam .... witch was removed from a B19 engine ..... and it is perfect because i want to mount it on a B19E engine

Good to hear you have it sorted 
My H-cam went northwards a while ago now
- with the adjustable pulley too... he got a bargain on that actually... at least it's getting used though!
