max C.R. for 98 ron

hello, i,m building a b230fb (2.3 8v) engine with twin 45 carbs and i want to know what is the maximum compresion ratio for 98 ron fuel. i know the timing has a big role on this, like intake temps,.... but that are another problems.

the cilinder head had plenty of work, and the bottom is going to receibe some too.
somenone know how much can hold the stock head gasket and studs? don,t want to fit them but is dificult for me to find uprated pieces for these engines on english, worst in spanish... jejeje and pistons and rods?? max rpm for these engines? i,m looking to go near 7500 rpms safely, what do you think?
