Try and tighten it up first, then try to undo it.
Sounds daft, but often works.

ive tried that it does usually work
i think i may try and over tighten it to snap it and hope it doesnt snap in the block and then remove whats left

50/50 mix ATF/acetone.
Soak overnight.

Borrow a bigger breaker bar, eg 3/4", 6 sided socket.
Or how about dremel, or a thin grinder disk around the base of the bolt head to release the tension. Or cut it off/drill out, then remove the head and you can get at the shaft.

thing is you cant get in to cut it its in hard enough place just to get a socket on and you cant let it soak as the liquid just runs down into the block haha
i think when the rain stops its allways raining lately im just going to snap it by over tightening it and just hope it snaps the shank not the thread in the block
thanks for the ideas thou guys

Can you get at it with a drill and drill the through the head first. Even if you only get a smallish hole through it will take a lot less to snap it.
