Post by Benfraser »

I am going to be ordering minilites, just not to sure on the colour... Scroll down on the link and there are the 4 colours...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/13-alloys-For ... 2634wt_956

1)gold
2)graphite grey
3)silver
4)White

I was thinking of either the grey or white :/

My car is dusty blue as well...

Well from what I see in the ad, they are JBW replicas of Minilites.

I'd go for (a boring) silver, but it's your call...

At the risk of being negative, minilites are really overdone on 300s. And it makes them look like they're on rollerskates. Have you considered anything else?

I was looking at revolution wheels. The 4 or the 5 spoke ones if they would fit?

if you go for 15s you can lower it and stil have ground clearance, also tyres are more available for them. If you get those minilights you almost definately have to run em on 175/50/13s which are £70 a go for not much tire width, as well as the fact you need it decked to look good - scrape scrape >.<

Besides the shoddy paint job in that pic (couldnt even be bothered to remove the bumpers? ) you can see why 13's need more work, thats lowered and there's still a big enough arch gap to get a baby in. Ideally you need coilies for 13's and there mucho dollar dude, yet uber cool for epic lows once you've got em 8) Just another reason to go to 15's if you ask me :) There's some nice low offset 15's on the bay if you look hard enough :)
