Hi guys. I'm new on the forum and I'm looking for a 340. I'm also new to Volvos however not old cars. Currently running about in my much loved mini and using a lupo as a work house. The times come where id love an old volvo. So if there's any on sale in the north east it would be much appreciated. Id even include the lupo in the deal if anyone is interested. Thanks

I think it is yeah. The nearest one I saw on ebay was York. £400 but it needs a bit of work which im not afraid of really, cant be as bad as the compact rot box mini can it? Biggest problem is he decided to cut the springs on the front

I think we might have another 300 fan - after seeing mine properly today

I've always loved 300's and the 240 estates but now that I've sat in one and found one. umm bye bye lupo. But. The mini stays! Ill have to show you round it matt when its back in the car park

Common issue but easy to fix by putting some propper lowering on.

Rust is usually the biggest problem, have a search there's loads of info on here.

I'm guessing if you have a mini and lupo the volvo will go low?

Likely. Didn't do much to the lupo but had plans for it to be low. mini is very low exhaust scrapingly low so I might be more civil with the 340
