Hey! i've got a question, i was looking to make the underside of my hood look a little bit better and i there fore looked at a K&N airfilter to plase on top of the carb, but it seems they only provide to the Stromberg carb. Does anyone know wich one would fit mine? I have the Solex carb in mine..


and also, i am in desperat need of the left hand side (when you are sitting inside the car) foglight, because mine was stolen! (yes only the left one!! ) and they also stole my scoop thing on the hood.. so i don't even have a grill to put there.. and i'd really like to get a scoop one.

What is the diameter of the Solex carb mouth in mm? I take it that it has a round mouth.

well, this is what i came up with, but i think it might be a 32-36 since that makes more sence.. but i have no idea

I found out it's a Solex 34-34 Cisac haha so i didn't get the numbers right i guess :p but i'm still trying to find a filter that will fit on this carb, so if anyone knows what will fitt, i'd be really happy!

Hey! thanks but i got one of the regular once of a friends donor car. but, yeah it might be a snow cap? i didn't even know that's what it was :p thought it was a bit od having a scoop to the heater so i what i was is essentially the "Snow Cap" for the bonnet grill..
