Rear shock absorber bushes help

Hello, I am changing the rear shock absorbers and I was wondering if it is possible for an amateur to replace the bushes at the top and bottom. They are pressed into holes in the boot floor and into the suspension. From just looking they are in reasonable condition and seem to be a very tight fit so I suspect replacing them would be a nightmare. Does anyone know if it is???

Yeh if they look good then leave them, i tried to remove them from a scrap car to see how easy it was, first one popped straight out, second one tore.
But then getting them in was impossible even with WD40!!!

In the end, I replaced the lower bushes since they were cracking up. The inner metal sleeve can be removed to make removal of the rubber bush easier. Likewise, removing the sleeves from the new bushes make fitting the bush much easier with the help of wd40 and the sleeves can then be re-inserted.
