What is the engine type of my 1.4 1988 Volvo 340DL? Is it a B14.3E, B14.4E, B14.40, B14.4S?

I would think that it is a B14.4E but to make sure you will need to have a look at the riveted plate which is on the side of the engine, above the oil filter.



As it is possible that a previous owner had the engine changed.
