I seem to think it was VolvoVince that was selling these mate. Not sure they cover all of the required area normally, might be wrong. Another option, as I was going to do, is to find a scrap car with a decent section, cut it out and have it welded in. VolvoVince's were cheap though, so to save the hassle it may be worth it if he has any left.

Or cut the metal back and glass it up. After seeing whats happened to Beast after a 'pro' tried putting one of these bits in, I like the idea of glass more and more. Just get out the black as well as brown rust first.

Whatever you do, I'd take it to a pro. It's so hard to do that stuff well. I've been doing minor rust repairs for years, and I still struggle to get a decent finish. Time to invest in more grades of sandpaper I guess
