I have few problems that I want to solv before MOT:

*front wipers seems to be too low when they reach top end.
*heated seats not working. Switch and connectors under the seats are connected.

Wipers. Undo 12 mm nut under cover. fold wiper up and remove. re position a little higher. checking each time they don't hit in cycle by attaching and re doing up nut.

heated seats. check fuses. use test light on plug under seat to make sure there is power when switched on. if there is power there, probably broken seat element.

You'll not need the heated seats for the mot surely? You might fit 940 seat elements, they last better. Also could just be rolled up to the back.

Wipers - have you got good voltage at the motor. My 940 has crimped battery terminal and was losing 1-2 volts from the alternator, sure made my wipers slow. Look for bad joints. Otherwise you might try to swap out the motor or overhaul it. Clean contacts, lubricate the mechanism etc.
