A bit more information usually helps. Is it just 1 door or all of them?

All of them - probably a failed switch unit in the driver door, or possibly broken wires in the door hinge area.
Just one of them - stiff lock mechanism, failed servo (often water damaged)

They are fairly easy to diagnose, but you need to take the door cards off. You should be able to simulate the switch by jamming wires into the driver module plug, just have to figure out which one are the 12V and ground and not short them.
